you to a refund for the current billing period. Services will remain active until the end of the current
billing cycle.
8. Client Responsibilities

and implementation. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client
may affect service delivery timelines.
9. No Guarantee of Results
Intellivance Labs provides systems designed to support business growth, including lead capture,
automation, and marketing tools. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue
increases, or business outcomes. Results may vary depending on factors outside of our control.
10. Intellectual Property
All systems, frameworks, automation processes, templates, and materials developed by Intellivance
Labs remain the intellectual property of Intellivance Labs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our proprietary materials is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
Intellivance Labs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the
amount paid by the client for the services in question.
